Check the power system. Confirm that there are no abnormalities in the power supply, as the power system is the energy center of the entire machine and the load consumes electrical energy. If the power supply is not smooth, the load will malfunction.
Check the motor. For brushless motors, use a multimeter to check if the motor is powered on; For brushless motors, check the motor's wiring and resistance.
Check the circuit. Turn on the power switch, check if the circuit is unobstructed, if the connectors are secure, and if the fuse is working properly.
Check the tire pressure. Insufficient air pressure will increase friction and reduce driving range, so air pressure should be replenished in a timely manner.
Lubrication and adjustment. When the handlebar rotates inflexibly or gets stuck, it should be lubricated or adjusted.
Check the controller. The aging of electronic components inside the controller can cause an increase in the current input to the motor, requiring inspection and replacement of the controller.
Check the battery. Check if the battery connection is good, the surface, connecting wires, and bolts of the battery should be kept clean and dry, and the liquid level of the battery should be maintained at the normal indicator line.
Check the brake system. Check if there is a calibration issue between the brake pad and the brake drum. If the brake cable is too tight, the valve pad may be pulled out at an angle, resulting in uneven wear.
